Hi everybody We are back.....

We had a wonderufl time...the first night Sat...we had between 8 to 10 foot waves...(everyone was sick) they had to put out those famous little sea sick bags everywhere...

I do have a question...I feel like I am still walking on the ship..my head literally feels like it is swimming inside...I had sinus problems the whole time( which for me is normal) but why do I feel like I am still rocking???

What can I do to help clear my head?? Any suggestions would be appreciated...

I will be posting a review for everyone...

Hi,

Sorry about the seas. Hope the trip was good otherwise. The inner ear sometimes has trouble adjusting when you return from sea. I always get that feeling and it lasts for about 1 day for me. When I was in the Navy many years ago, it took some time to get your 'sea legs' when we went to sea and on returning the opposite happened. You have to just get your 'land legs' back. Looking forward to your review.

Cheers

Tim

Welcome home Lilrosie - other than some bad seas the first day I hope you enjoyed the rest of your trip. I'm looking forward to reading your review. I hope the dizziness doesn't last too long. It's simply a matter of adjusting to being back on solid ground.

Welcome back, lilrosie! Glad you had a good time. Sorry about the high seas! I think Robert had a good idea. Take some meclizine for a couple of days. Meclizine is the generic for Dramamine and Bonine. They have a non- drowsy version for day time. Hope you feel better soon.
