Hey tonia, we did the Cliff divers and taxi in Acapulco. Our ship docked in Acapulco and as you walk off the ship there are hundred of taxi drivers vying for your business. We eventually gave in - and couldn't believe it for $30 he gave us a 4 hour tour o f Acapulco, took us to the market, up the mountain to an old old church with beautiful views, then back down into town again and over to the Cliff divers - what a deal!!! The taxi tours are really cheap and many, many people use them in Acapulco. If you're going to Colombia, different story, as Joey says ... swtay away from them - but Mexico is safe.

In Costa Rica we did a jungle tour - the highlight of our trip without a doubt. If you're going to spend money on any one tour keep it for Costa Rica - all the expensive tours there are excellent.

Huatulco -fantastic beach right where the ship docks with wave runners etc - great little place.

We went to Hawaii on the Infinity and loved it - it's basically identical to the Millie except for the color scheme onboard and the artwork. We didn't care for the artwork on the Infinity.

Tonia.... I can't remember the name - senior moment, I can go crazy when I forget details! But what I can tell you is that it has a ride right up into the canopy on gondolas, they also supply a buffet lunch. We went to Panama Canal on Princess, so I'm not sure if Celebrity does the same excursions. Sorry I wasn't much help.
