RE: Recent Email

Dear Ms. S,

Thank you for your e-mail. We truly apologize for our delay in responding to your email. We appreciate your contacting us regarding Celebrity's Loyalty program, The Captain's Club. While it is true that Royal Caribbean

International did acquire Celebrity Cruises, the two lines are being operated as separate entities and will continue to have separate identities. As such, although the corporate side of our businesses have merged, there are currently no plans to merge any other aspects of the companies including any shipboard programs or in this case past passenger recognition programs.

However, starting in January 2005, we have teamed up with Celebrity Cruises to offer equivalent recognition to members of our loyalty programs in the top two membership tiers. As such, Platinum and Diamond members of Crown and Anchor will be able to join Captain's Club as Select or Elite members, respectively.

If you have further questions about this or any of Crown and Anchor's benefits,

please contact us via the information below.

Ms. S, we look forward to welcoming you onboard again soon. Get out there

(sm).

Sincerely,

Christopher Alford

Crown & Anchor Society
