Just Booked Carnival Spirit

Hi Folks, I just booked the Carnival Spirit for an 8 Day Mexican Riviera trip out out San Diego. Any information or tips on Carnival, the ship or the Port of San Diego would be appreciated. It's been quite a while since I have sailed with Carnival. (1999)

Jim Congratulations on the new booking.... should be a great cruise! The Port of San Diego is one of the simplest ports to navigate..

it is close to Amtrak and the airport.... convenient off site parking with free shuttle options are almost endless..

Jim, congratulations on your new booking. I have sailed on Carnival Spirit twice and have booked it again to Hawaii in September, a beautiful ship with great service, no complaints whatsoever.

My favorite ship so far was the Carnival Pride - sister ship to the Spirit. Very well laid out and easy to navigate.

We will be on the SPirit in September - so I will have to ask you questons when you get back
