no cruises

James, we went to Cancun 2 yrs. ago for Valentine's Day - it was our first all-inclusive vacation. I must say that the food was nothing to write home about, and we did end up eating out more than we had planned because of that, but I am sure that is not the case in most all-inclusives. I liked the inclusive alcohol though - there were a lot of drinks I have never tried, and I got the opportunity at that time - ordered Bahama Mama's, Sex on the Beach, Chocolate Monkeys, and I can't remember all the other names, but I went down the list. The place we stayed, The Sierra Cancun, had a private beach, and there was an outside bar, so we would get our drinks and got sit on the beach chairs down by the water. Has anyone here done an all-inclusive, and if so, how was the food?

Nothing firm yet. We will be celebrating 30 years of wedded bliss :smile: this year

and are considering either QM2 Atlantic transit or one of NCL's Hawaii cruises.

Not sure but maybe.

Well, as my signature line shows, at the moment we are stacked two deep for 07. Love that feeling, but after our Italy/Croatia cruise it will be a long dry spell unti January 2008 When we will celebrate our 50th <]cruise, aboard Carnival's Spirit, eight days out of San Diego. :biggrin:

Will have to do something special for that one.

Tim and Cheryl, 1977 was a great year, wasn't it? We are also celebrating our 30th this year and we're taking Freedom of the Seas in August. We disembark the day before our anniversary. :cool2:

We have so many "long term" marriages here. Skipper, wow - 49 yrs. so far. That was a good year too (I am 49). And Boba, yes 77 was a good year...

We have one planned for May, but nothing else as of today. We're probably going to book one for May, 2008 next week. We have it all picked out. This will be the first time that we're stacked.

We leave for Florida in 4 days, but have just gotten the itch to book another for next Jan.. Probably West Coast - Mexican Riviera/Baja.

WOW! I thought me and Annie had been married a long time we have been married for 32 Years our 33Rd. coming up in July 23rd! This Year Cogratulations My Friends on your upcoming Anniversaries and Cruises Boy we are just junior cruisers compared to you Vets! Way to go all! May we all meet someday for a Big ole Anniversary Cruise! Now thats something!
