elfed
Normally if it's the first sea say I get up at the crack of dawn and video film the ship from the top deck down to the lowest, bow to stern. It usually takes up to 45 minutes. Then later the same day usually mid afternoon, I will film the normally busy happenings on the lido and pool decks just for comparison's sake! All other sea days I'm up by 8 a.m and after breakfast on the Lido deck am sunning by 9 a.m.Regards, James.

jacketwatch
As a usual early riser meaning around 0600 at the latest on off days at home sea days can begin as early as that. Actually I recall being up B4 that time occasionally and haveing to wait for the gym to open. Jet lag is a factor as well but usually I still up early.
