KeithnRita
Congratulations on booking your first cruise. Be warned--you may become a CruiseCrazies. If you like to snorkel, Shark Ray Alley in Belize is a great experience. The Nurse sharks look a little intimidating, however they are very tame. TheSkipper
Happy to hear about your first cruise booking. Only one year away. The time will go fast and then you will be hooked like all the rest of us. I remeber our first cruise very well and to date we have done 47 of them and numbers 48 through 51 are already booked, so you can see we were REALLY hooked. Been to all your ports of call several times. We will be in Cozumel, Belize, and Costa Maya again later this month. Cozumel we will problably shop and take it kinda easy. In Belize we are going to do the Cave Tubing and in Costa Maya head out to a beach we visited the last time we were there. In Grand Cayman, you've got to swim with the rays at Stingray City. Probably the most fun you will ever have with your clothes on, well you bathing suit anyway Always say cruising is like sex, the worst I ever had was wonderful Forgot to mention the cruise this month will be our tenth on Carnival, you'll love it. Gregswife
Colorado Sweetheart, as one Denverite to another - hubby will love it. My husband fought it for years - said he could not imagine being a boat that long and not being able to fish. 12 yrs. ago, I finally wised up and gave him a "family cruise" as a gift. As I had already paid for it with my own money, what could he do? I expected him to find every thing wrong with that ship, but within mere hrs. of sailing while sitting at dinner the first night, he thanked me and said it was a wonderful way to travel. As others have said, cruises are truly addictive and I have a feeling he will be bitten by the bug as soon as he sets foot on that grand ship.
