Oh Tonia....even in mid winter it is in the upper 80's or warmer with VERY high humidity - think dew points in the 80's - even early in the AM. It is absolutely misearable in Panama.......just makes the building of the canal itself more amazing! I am so looking forward to going back and doing a whole canal transit one of these years!
