sailingrose
My DD and I did the tubing and loved it! We went with the cruise line since DH didn't go with us. We would absolutely do it again. The guides were great and they will help you if you get stuck. No problems at all.
TheSkipper
If you have not already done it, Dunn's River Falls is great.

SMB
Skip the blue mountain coffee. You can get it cheaper in the grocery stores in the States, now. Plus, gives you more room to bring home important stuff like Rum and... Rum and...uh... RUM!
btate
Whatever you do, make sure you do an organized tour. You will find that your experience will be much nicer in Ochos Rios rather than trying to fend for yourselves on that island.
ns1986a
now why do you say that?
Donnask8pro
We went tubing in Jan of this year w/ Phil Lafayette. Although he tried to change the price after conacting him through email, our trip was good. The tubing was really fun. The water was not aggressive at all. My Mom and her friends who are extremely active seniors raved about it and still do to this day. I also took my 6 yr old but he's a great swimmer..
