well I am off to the Dr.'s office this morning, to get the readings form the blood work last week....

Good Morning!!

Well everything turned out great! The Dr. reduced my meds for the diabeties! I will however still have to be on them for the rest of my life I am affraid.

She wants to see me in another 3 months to see if I am maintaining this.

I think I will...Oh yea...Lisa the scale there said finally I was 246.....ding that is my goal weight to win that fine bottle of wine.... :smile:

Now to loose another 20..... :unsure:
