What is one of the over the counter meds you bring with you on a cruise?

I allways bring something for the montazuma's revenge....lol .... Imodium AD

Ginger tablets (for motion sickness and regularity), Ibuprofen, Immodium, cold and allergy meds.

I take so many prescription meds that I don't have room in my carry on for much else, but guess it would be Tylenol.
