hazelson
Up early with room service - coffee on the balcony - that's me! DH, on the other hand, sleeps late and eats lunch when he gets up - unless we have an excursion that forces him out of bed lol.
SmooCruise
up late, up early, if possible a little nap in the afternoon. Not as young as I used to be.... eat breakfast mainly at the buffet....but did do the dining room a couple of mornings. But first b-fast is on my balcony! Coffee, juice and a roll or toast. Gregswife
At home, I usually stya up late and get up late, but on a cruise, I go to bed earlier and get up earlier. We do sleep in if it is a sea day. We have only had breakfast in the dining room one time out of all of our cruises. We prefer the buffet for both breakfast and lunch, and sometimes dinner also. Chucksta63
Question of the Day Do you do get involved in any of the games on the ship? If so which ones have you found to be fun?

Gregswife
We have never "played" just sit and watch. I wanted to do the Not so Newly Newlywed game on our first cruise, but Greg said he would leave if I raised my hand.
sailingrose
We always did the games even when our kids sailed with us much to their embarassment LOL. Howie was wrapped like a mummy, he also did the hairy chest contest, we played the Love and Marriage game, Novel Quest (adult scavenger hunt), etc. I will say those days are pretty much over since we've done most of it and now that we're older we usually just watch. Also on some of RCI's ships I wouldn't dare, I know too many of the crew and they would never let me hear the end of it.
cruisetarp
We also are observers, not participants. We enjoy watching all the games but Jim would NEVER agree to be part of one. He has threatened that if I volunteered us he would embarass me big time and I believe him!
SmooCruise
oh Chris and I love to get involved. Although he refused to do the hairy man contest this last cruise. He did it on the first one and hated when they rubbed ice all over him. I even won a ship on a stick this last time. And a couple of gold medals. Wee Jimmy (the CD) was a lot of fun. He even gave Chris and I special presents on the last night in front of the crowd for being such good sports and participating in everything. He crawled across the seats from the stage and gave me a kiss and a DVD from the cruise and gave Chris a watch. It was embarrassing, but cool. Don't really have a favorite activity....just like to participate in as many as we can fit in.
