We also really enjoy getting all dressed up for formal night. I have several gowns and hubby finally broke down and bought his own tux. We never get to do it at home so look forward to it on the ship.

Other night, usually capris and nice top for me and golf shirt or Caribbean shirt and dockers for Jim.

I enjoy formal nights. Chris doesn't wear a tux, but he does wear a nice suit and tie. Here's a pic from our last cruise:

On the other nights I wore a nice sundress, and Chris wore Dockers and a tropical shirt.

Neither one of us likes to get dressed up on Formal nights, but we usually do. My DH does not own a tux either, Smoo, so he usually wears a suit and tie. I have two semi-formal gowns that I have been wearing on the last 3 cruises, so I usually pack those. I have to dress up for work everyday, we used to have casual day on Fridays, but no more, so when I am on vacation, the last thing I want to do is to dress up. Since we usually eat on the Lido deck, my cruise wear consists of capris, polo shirts and sandals. My DH, jeans/slacks and golf or T-shirts.

I love to dress up for formal night. I have about 5 different gowns and a few dresses to choose from. DH wears his suit. On other evenings I wear capri's or pants and a nice shirt and DH wears a golf shirt and slacks.

We love to dress up. I have a tux that I bought mainly for cruising. On other nights, it's mainly dockers with a nice shirt.

dressing up more formal as we travel more.

NOTE: Ladies JC Penny had a clearance on formal wear this past wknd, I bought 3 floor length formal gowns for $ 9.97 each....... regularly priced at $ 200 a piece
