I will be getting lots of free samples of these this week-end. We are going to Bristol TN for the Nascar race, they always pass out free samples. It's a southern thing for sure.

I take about every kind of over the counter meds you could imagine, like to have it if I need it, and it's sooooooooo much more expensive if you have to purchase on the ship and you can't always find familar brands in ports.

I always take Advil. I took dramamine for the first time on my cruise in July, and got me super drowsy. I couldn't finish watching the show that night. I fell asleep and was sleeping most of the following day. It's a good thing that it was a day at sea.

Oh yeah those and BC powder. Have you tried the sinus BC?? they taste awful but get the job done FAST!!!

Do you use the pools on the ships? What about the slide if there is one? How about the Jacuzzi?

We use the jacuzzi in the spa. It's the only heated one on the ship and never crowded. (don't tell anyone!!)lol

yes pools, no on the jacuzzi and slide. But I intend on using the slide on Loco. ALL of us girls are going down the slide!!! *LOL*
