SmooCruise
the only thing that makes me nervous when cruising is getting my Sail & Sign bill! Smoo loves the rockin and rollin!
Chucksta63
Question of the Day! Do you check your sail & sign account during the cruise? Have you found any discrepancy's? What did you do about them?
cruisetarp
I do check my sea pass account every few days. I have never found extra charges but did find that they neglected to apply a $200 ship board credit. Fortunately, I had the paperwork with me to straighten it out. Chucksta63
OH yes another good reason to keep your paperwork! Funny how they can forget that but not your charges....lol
rogue
I do check once in a while, but have never found any discrepencies. I'm sure that if I did, we would go right to the office and get it straightened out.
SmooCruise
I go on every day and check mine (on Carnival you can check it on your TV). I've never found any discrepancies. If I did I would go right to the purser's desk.
mercedes
I check it on the TV every day, so far no discrepancies.
sailingrose
Yes, we check by TV or at Guest Relations. We have been charged for soda that we haven't used and they removed it from the bill with out a problem.
