We planned our wedding in Florida (instead of here in Las Vegas), so that we would be near a cruise ship for our honeymoon.

What the heck, we're in Florida, might as well go on a cruise.

And in just over two weeks we be aboard ship again for our 15th Anniversary. It will also be our 50th cruise. Not out of Florida this time, it's a lot shorter flight to San Diego.

Well, Jenn,

I just could not decide if I wanted to married by Elvis or go through the drive-through wedding chapel :excl:

Actually, we both thought that Vegas wedding were a little of the tacky side.

So, we decided to get married in the Florida Keys. It was during the annual meeting of the Builder's Marketing Society and all our friends from all over the country were there.

I booked the Penthouse and the whole roof of the hotel was our balcony, complete with private hot tub. No one knew about the wedding plans, just an announcement in our daily convention schedule that there would be a "Very special BMS event in the Penthouse at 6:00PM." We were married just as the sun was setting. This was all at Hawk's Cay Resort on Duck Key just north of Marathon.

Wow, to think that was 15 years ago!
