Chucksta63
Question of the day! Well since so many of us eat more on a cruise,,, how many get upset stomachs & what do you do about them? Do you have something special that we should know about? What is your trick to not getting sick to your stomach?
SmooCruise
On my first cruise I got the thing you can get in Mexico before we ever got to Mexico! *LOL* But I just took some Immodium (always pack it) and was better in a few hours. cruisetarp
Thankfully no problems here either but I always pack a mini medicine cabinet just in case.
Gregswife
I have acid reflux, so take prescription Zantac everyday - 1200 mg. a day, so I hardly ever get any upset tummies, but if I do, I am like Smoo, and always Imodium on hand. hazelson
Hasn't happened (knocking on wood, tossing salt over shoulder, spinning in place three times....) I always pack OTC meds for not going, going to much etc, etc. I do have the advantage that I can't throw up - even if I tried. Had a Laparoscopic Nissan Fundoplication. They take your stomach and sort of tie it around your esophogus and sew it into place.....now who is feeling sick after reading this lol. The operation is for extremem acid reflux which I guess I had ANyway - so far so good - I ususally wait to get ill until I get home tee-hee! Chucksta63
Question of the Day! What kind of excersize do you get on a cruise? Do you use the spa & gym? What about the track? How about just walking the ship? What about ports of call do you do anything there?
