taking golf clubs

i have been on alot of cruises but i have never seen anybody take golf clubs onboard

i want to play golf on my next cruise and want to take my clubs on with me.

has anybody taken there clubs on a cruise?

DH always takes his own clubs with him. They usually fit right into the closet and are not in the way. He checks them through with our luggage.

My husband played in Belize, He rented the Nike Clubs from Carnival ( $ 35.00 ) .... Said they were brand new, and didnt have to carry them as Carnival had someone handle them right up till tee off....

Do they still have driving tees on the ship that you can hit a bucket...

The newer ships have golf simulators that has a per hour (or maybe per half-hour) charge. Many of the others has a cage to hit balls into a net. I have never seen anyone hit balls of the fantail.

Sure you can take them. I played in St. Thomas where we stayed 3 days after or Caribbean cruise but decided to rent clubs from the course. I had Cobras, really pretty nice too. Keep em in the fairway amigo!
