CanadianCruiser Posted June 11, 2007 Report Share Posted June 11, 2007 Carnival Cruise Lines will offer more than 20 new shore excursions for its Canada schedule from New York aboard the 102,000gt Carnival Victory -- which kicks off tomorrow with a new itinerary, four-day voyages to Bay of Fundy~ Saint John NB. In total, the line will offer 70 excursions, its most ever in the region. Among the new choices are ‘Lobster and Lighthouses,’ an up-close look at the life of Canadian lobstermen with a lobster feast and visits to three lighthouses (Halifax); ‘Hopewell Rocks - Bay of Fundy Escape,’ a nine-hour tour to visit the Flower Pot Rocks (Saint John); and ‘Bachelor of Beer Arts,’ a visit to the Atlantic Beer Institute with samples of brews (Halifax). After tomorrow’s special four-day cruise to the Bay of Fundy/Saint John, Carnival Victory begins its regular four-day ‘long weekend’ Bay of Fundy/Saint John cruises, departing Thursdays, on June 21. The schedule also includes five-day cruises to the Bay of Fundy/Saint John and Halifax, departing Mondays and Saturdays. The program runs through Sept. 3.
