TheSkipper
Any where I've been on 7 Mile Beach has been smooth as silk, no a rock in sight!! You can walk out 100 yards and still be about up to your sholders. Water is crystal clear, but no snorkling worth speaking about. Only thing I ever found snorkeling was someone else's Tender Ticket from the ship. Many of the resort areas have fresh water showers right on the beach. IMHO, one of the best beaches in the world. CanadianCruiser
I totally agree with Skipper, the water is clear, the sand is smooth and no rocks in sight.. Not the best beach for snorkling though...
ns1986a
thanks so much for replying-what section did you go to?
TheSkipper
Been to several areas along the hotel strip. Any cab driver can advise you which hotels have day passes which provide access to their beach, beach chair, unbrella and sometimes a couple of drinks in addition to rest rooms and changing areas. hazelson
Grand Caymen is so beautiful - no matter what you do you are going to love it!!!
TheSkipper
Yea Jenn, GC is beautiful, but the shopping while interesting is quite expensive IMHO. We are into high end watches and good diamonds and have never found any bargains on GC. Great place to launder money with all those banks.
