I'm not sure what you are referring to as "orchestrated dining". Golden Fleece is better than the specialty restaurants on Hal, Celebrity, etc, as it has entertainment and dancing as well as a spectacular dinner.

We were on the Legend, one of her sister ships, and I loved her. She is probably the easiest ship to get around that we've been on. Great design and this makes for minimal crowds, even on such a large ship.
