If you could design a specialty Restaurant what would the theme be.... what about menu choices.... what would your restaurant do to make the guests feel like their dining experience worth the 30 plus a head ?

The cuisine would be Indian and the decor would remind one of the elegantly appointed Rajahs' palaces during the Raj period. Actually some palaces in India were converted to hotels after Indian independence in 1947 and I've seen some of them. Takes you back to Kipling with a little imagination.
