The Caribbean Princess allows kitchen tours. We were going to go, it was too early in the morning and I was recovering from a late night.

Cheryl, glad to hear you enjoyed the Enchantment. I love this size ship. I've never done the backstage tour but we have done the kitchen and the Bridge a few times. May have to do the backstage tour next time.

RCI offers the Bridge tours to suite passengers and Crown and Anchor Diamond Plus passengers on 7 day or more trips. Of course it's up to the Captains discretion as to whether the tour happens or not, some of them don't like doing it.

I love this size ship also, Rose. I must say that I do find the RC ships easier to navigate than Carnival. For example, in the elevator , each floor has specific labels for each room on that floor. On Carnival, for example, it will just say the name of that deck. I need all the help I can get. LOL

as you know i was on her in Feb this year and i loved the ship everything on the ship was great

now i will be going on the mariner<] in Sept my favorite large ship but the sovereign of the seas <] is my favorite all time ship
