If I broke an arm or a leg because of an employee error ( did they say from lack of proper training) whos responsible to drive I'd sure expect my $ back or another cruise. It's not like I got to drive and made the error.

I can't wait to leave, lol, actually a funny story is that when I was on the caribbean princess last year we heard the news, that same day we'd already booked this years cruise aboard it!!

Hi Rose. I think so too. Actually the ins. co. made a final offer which would have paid all her bills AND given her 5k free and clear but she refused.

Actually yes the lawyer got his cut and she was left in debt.

Yes. Actually he had nothing to lose and everything to gain by pushing for a trial. She OTOH had was vulnerable. It would be interesting to have been a fly on the wall so to speak when they were discussing the strategy that led to this ill fated decision.

My brother & his wife were on that cruise. He was thrown out of the pool and into a railing which caused

many injurie's. His wife was sunbathing on deck and her lounge chair slid into others but thankfully she was

not injured. Princess is still covering all his medical bills and he still continues to sail with them. He has not

sued them yet, but might.

TVLady2 I'm sorry your brother got hurt. It was a terrible thing and I'm glad to hear Princess is doing the right thing.

Only the lawyers are going to get rich with this suit.
