deeg
Can anyone tell me of a cruise that would have the Atlantis Hotel on Paradise Island as a stop?
rogue
Look for any ship that docks in Nassau. The dock is directly across from Paradise Island, and it's just a short ride to the Atlantis. There are great views of the Atlantis from your cruise ship. Here's a webcam from the Atlantis. You can see where the cruise ships dock in the upper right hand corner of the picture. http://live2.truelook.com/face/sqface.jsp?...overlay=default
Sharon2U
Carnival Liberty stops in Nassau and offers an excursion "Historical Harbor Tour and Atlantis" Includes harbor tour by small boat then guided tour of the Digs in Atlantis and return boat ride to ship port. Tip: If you take this excursion schedule the earlier time, it will allow you much more time to spend at Atlantis. You return at your leisure but the last boat leaves shortly after the later tour, so not much time to wander on your own.
mofromcan
I've heard conflicting info on this. I read somewhere that you could purchase a day pass to use the Atlantis beach and pools, etc. But I read somewhere else that only guests are permitted to use the beach/pools and that the Atlantis excursion you buy with your cruise lets you only into the aquarium portion?? Which is true?
TheSkipper
Almost all ships doing the Eastern Carib. stop in Nassau. We have used a cab to get to Paradise Island and have also used the Water Taxis. No problem either way. When we were last there Day Passes were available, but were very expensive. And, with the short time most cruise passengers have, they just don't seem to be worth the money.
