KeithnRita
Our canceled cruise on the Glory for Sept 15 was costing us about $182 per night/each, including airfare with all transfers, one night pre-cruise hotel, and travel insurance. The actual cost of the cruise itself was less than $76 per night/each. Our New Years cruise on the Constellation will be our most expensive cruise yet at about $262 per night /each. It includes all the add-ons as in the Glory cruise. The actual cruise fare is about $182 per night/each. That's the same price as the Glory cruise with all the add-ons included. Both cruises were booked with an outside mid-ship cabin. We know the airfare has went up and, of course, as we get older the travel insurance goes up. Are you paying more for your cruises? TheSkipper
In general I find cruise prices slightly lower this season. Lots of new tonnage coming on line. Our group cruise on the Spirit in January has balconies for eight nights for $792 including all charges and taxes.
mercedes
Our cruise on the Freedom next June will be our most expensive at $319 per night/each (3 of us), which includes air fare and insurance, even with the $300 off and a $200 on board credit that we received a few months ago. jacketwatch
Star Princess: average $198.00 per night Tahitian Princess: average about $192.00 per night I don't recall the rest but bear in mind this $ reflected balcony rooms. The air for the Star was free, per miles. For the TP it was about $1300.00 R/T from Chicago to Papeete.
sailingrose
Our Mariner cruise was about $150 PP but we had a balcony on deck 9. Those holiday cruises are killers Keith! We paid about $195 PP per day for New Years cruise with a balcony. Neither of these included insurance......
