cruisetarp
Cruise Crazies is indeed "The friendliest cruise site on the web." In addition to having lots of information on cruising in general, different ships and different ports as well as cruise reviews by its members it is much, much more. New cruisers can find the answer to just about any question they may have. In the general discussion forums we have become friends with each other. We play games together, share our daily lives and agree to disagree at time. We celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and important times in our lives. There is no name calling or nastiness that I have found on other boards. We respect others opinions even if they are different from ours. I feel we really have become "Family" and are always looking for new members to join us. Jason has done a wonderful job making Cruise Crazies a happy site to visit and speed along the time between cruises.
KeithnRita
We took our first sea cruise more than ten years ago and instantly became cruise crazy. To get our cruise "fix" while not on the high seas, we discovered this great cruise site we now call home, and the name fits perfectly, CruiseCrazies.com CruiseCrazies.com
rogue
When I first started cruising, I joined a couple of other cruising boards, but soon realized that they were not for me. People who asked simple questions were constantly "flamed". This happened to me once too often. I began to look around for another cruise board, and soon found CruiseCrazies. Com. They advertised that they were the "The friendliest cruise site on the web", but I was sceptical. I found that their advertising was true , and I felt at home immediately. Being a member of CruiseCrazies.Com feels like being a member of a very nice family. Being nice is one thing, but the knowlege of the members is incredible. Whenever I or any member of the board asks a question, there are many answers from different points of view (and no flaming). People are constantly encouraged to ask questions, because members love to answer them. I have asked for help from the members many times in order to make my cruises and excursions better. The recommendations that I have received have been invaluable in improving our cruise experiences. As more and more experienced cruisers join our community, this only gets better. Being helpful is one thing. Being enjoyable also is a great plus. I enjoy playing the games and reading all of the jokes on the boards. The news that you get here is also appreciated. The response and support that you receive from the moderators is unbelievable. They are truely the first reason that this board is as great as it is. We're not the biggest, but we're the best! hazelson
I signed up before our first cruise - and was "fully loaded" with information by the time we sailed. From the smallest ideas - like bringing along a power bar to the really bigs ones - like making a packing list and booking excursions before we sailed. Other boards - and there are many - offer much the same info but the "atmosphere" is like day and night. CruiseCrazies is friendly - plain and simple! No put downs, no arguements, no prejudice of any kind. CruiseCrazies is family - without the squabbles lol. And, like family ,we encompass each others' joys and share each others' trials and tribulations. We offer congratulations as well as condolences. And there is always a shoulder to cry on if we need one as well as a kind word or encouragement - so often needed just to get through the day. Nothing like it on the net - Congratulations Jason for creating the perfect venue!!!!!
