Our very first cruise was on a Carnival ship, it was an older ship and only a 4 day cruise ... we had a great time although it really was very much a "party ship" but it hooked us on cruising. The next cruise was a awesome deal that we couldn't refuse - but was a change of cruise line. That prompted us to try most of the different cruise lines. After all that cruising we formulated a preference for Princess - although we have NEVER had a bad cruise on any cruise line.

My question to you... do you think if we cruised on Carnival again that we would find a big difference in our cruise experience of 12 years ago?

I know there are many die hard Carnival fans on this board who can give a good overview on Carnival cruising, I'm especially interested in hearing from the ones who have cruised on other lines as well, those who can compare. Thanks "y'all" for your input.
