We spent Christmas/New Years in Key West a couple years ago, quite the party place. We saw a woman with her shirt painted on. That's all she was wearing for a top. Had to look hard to tell (and the guys did)

even got their picture taken with her. Some of the art work is unbelievable, that seems to be the thing, have your costume airbrushed on.
