Hey Guys

My partner and i are departing on October 23rd on Norwegian Star to the Mexican Riveria.

Is anyone able to give me some advice in regards to whether you can take bottled water and juice etc on the ship? and coke and other sodas? what about food such as cereal? we are travelling around a bit after the cruise and do tend to take our own cereal to keep costs down.

Roughly how much are the drinks on board the ship? for alcoholic and non alcoholic.

We've cruised on one NCL ship and I believe they did let folks bring water aboard, however no sodas or alcohol. Don't know about juice, however it's no charge at breakfast. Same thing with cereal. You can purchase an unlimited soda card. As far as prices on alcoholic drinks, they run from about $5.25 and up. Beer is around $4.00 and up. They do have drink specials, however steer away form the specials in the souvenir plastic glasses. They can be pricey! Enjoy your cruise and come back and let us know how it went.
