rogue
We've sailed with Princess before but have never been to either restaurant. Next year, we will be sailing over our anniversary and already plan on going that day to Sabatini's. The balcony dinner always seemed to be a waste of money. We would be much more comfortable in the dining room.
JoeyandDavid
Howard we love the "concept" but i must admit it does seem a bit pricey
rogue
I agree with you that the concept sounds great, but I think that it is just an idea that they came up with to sound wonderful in a brochure. Sitting at a small table on a small balcony just has the aura of being claustrophic causing.

Dan
Just do what I did last time. Order room service the first day, and keep the tray - hide it if you have to, since they don't have trays at the buffet anymore. Then you can take the tray up to Horizon court, load it up and take it back to your cabin. Of course, it helps if your cabin was as close to the buffet as mine was LOL. rogue
That's a great idea. I'm going to try it on our next cruise.
JoeyandDavid
thats as bad as me wanting to take my own juicer ..so they wont charge me for fresh squeezed!
zebra
We have never had trouble ordering anything for breakfast (room service). That little card that they put out in your cabin pretty much has continental fare on it. Well we write all over that card - eggs benedict, fired eggs over easy, bacon, sausage, ketchup yada yada yada - and they bring it all to the room for us. We always have our breakfast on our balcony on the days that we are in port, so that we don't have to rush to the buffet before going out on our excursions. Sea days and final morning we amble up to the buffet when we get up.
