The regular dining cost and the Windjammer are part of the cost of the cruise. Johnny Rockets has a $4.00 surcharge but after you sail with them once you will get a coupon to go to JR free. The Irish pubs on the Voyager class ships don't serve food to my knowledge. Portofinos and Chops are pay restaurants, I think around $25.00 per person. Not 100% sure of cost as we never do the pay restaurants.
