Chocolate Buffet

Each cruise ship has a Chocolate extravaganza night where true chocolate lovers meet and take pictures and maybe even taste i bite or two.....

The question is......

Do you do the Chocolate Buffet?

I never have been.. I believe David went once....

I rarely go since I do second seating dinner and am usually the last one out of the dining room....the line is always so long, I'm not willing to wait. Usually I have so much in my room, anyway, if it's Royal Caribbean....the F & B manager knows I love marzipan - if it's the Monarch - and has it waiting for me when I board and I nibble on that all cruise - and this last one he sent my group this fabulous chocolate box filled with goodies. I broke the box up and brought home what was left.

We don't do any of the midnight buffet type events (I have been once to take photo's, but can't tolerate the long lines).... it's too late for and we've been eating most of the day anyhow, so our poor digestive systems need the break!!

We pass up this and the other midnight stuff for all of the reasons already stated.

We have never tried it, too late to eat anything else.

We looked and ate the first couple of cruises - now we don't bother. Not on the "heart smart" good eats list lol.

I may be one of the very few but I never go because I don't like chocolate of any type.
