That's plenty of time.....so do it TODAY....then come back and tell us about it!!! I had a friend who procastinated until I finally said, "What is someone came along and wanted to whisk you off to Paris tomorrow?" That finally did the trick. Of course, she still hasn't used it a year later....but she's ready at the drop of a hat!!

I've got a perfectly good excuse for not having one. I'm lazy and a procrastinator. Joey, thanks for kick in the butt. I'm going to fill out all 6 apps today. I'm cruising in 9 mos., that's plenty of time, right? lol

I've had one since 1955, so over 50 years. I do miss my Diplomatic Passport though. When I had that I could bypass customs inspections in all countries and dodge all the lines. Roe has had hers about 30 years.

I too have a hard time understanding what's the big deal about getting one. Helped our neighbors get theirs last fall for our upcoming cruise on the Spirit and it was not a hassle at all.

We decided after 9-11 to get our passports. We felt it would only be a matter of time before they were required. It's hard to believe it has taken this long to make it a requirement.
