Whew!! The pressure is off now!!

I got a good report with my contacts and ordered a 90 day supply so I have plenty for our cruise.

Did I tell y'all we decided not to bring formal clothing on the Majesty? We will just eat in WJ that night. This will be the first really laid back cruise. On all the others, we were go go go. We are really looking forward to it.

Good morning Martha & Peggy. One more day closer to our cruise. YEAH!!!

Martha - congrats on your 100th posts. There is a message for you in the General Discussion section when you have a chance.

Peggy - Another Tuesday and another day hoping something opens up for you in the way of a deal on your cruise. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I went onto RC's site but I don't see any way for us to make reservations at Portofinos or Chops for more than the 2 of us under our reservation. If I have a chance I will call C & A today to see if we can do it. Otherwise we will have to decide when we are going to have dinner together and make the reservations as soon as we board. We are not celebrating anything during this cruise (other than being on a cruise of course) - Peggy, Martha - any special occassions while we are on the ship?

Gotta take my car down to NJ for routine maintenance before 9AM so I'd better get moving and get my day started.

Martha - don't work too hard. You are so busy.

Marylou - I am going to check the RCCL site after I post here -

I was very disappointed that Linda is def. not coming - I will be celebrating my BDAY on the cruise well actually my Bday is Dec. 6th I will be 49 LOL I wish.

BTW I don't know how to get over to the Daily Dock - I guess I will have to play around with the site and figure it out.

Martha - I think I have asked all of my friends by now and no one really wants to go most of them do not like cruising but it's okay I am going to have a great time anyway - Have a great day at work and don't work too hard.

OK Peggy the first order of business once we are on board will be to drink a toast to your birthday before sail-away. I'm sorry Linda is definately not joining you. I know you were hoping she would come along.

Getting to the dock is easy - click on CruiseCraziesForums (under the banners above next to the ad for CC Lapel Pins) scan down to the General forums and then 3 down from there will be The Daily Dock. That's where we chat about everything and anything and no one yells at us for too much chatting. As a matter of fact - the more chatting the better.

Gotta get all these Halloween decorations put somewhere so I'll be back later.

Martha - how did it go with your eye Dr. yesterday? Hope your contacts are not giving you any trouble.

good morning friends - just checking in before I start my day but I will be back later. I am actually making some headway down in the basement and I don't want to lose my momentum. I finally found the halloween decoration buckets mixed in with the Easter buckets so a major rearranging is in order down there.

Martha - how long a drive will it be for you to Miami and are you doing it in one day? How are you breaking up the trip. That is my plan of action for this week - to get our trip reservations made. I did make some reservations months ago but the prices have changed so much (in our favor) that I need to re-do the trip and now fear I have too much driving planned for each day. Right now I have it planned from home to Roanoke Rapids, NC and from there to Darien, Ga. and then into Miami. When we did Disney last year we took 4 days to drive and it was a shorter distance. Now I have it in 3 days and I know Jim is not going to let me do any of the driving.

Peggy - it was good talking to you yesterday - Don't be nervous - the trip will be fine.

Good morning! A quick check in.....

I am off tomorrow and will catch up then......

MaryLou- since Lee has to stop every 2 hrs to get out of the car and stretch, we drive no more than 6 hrs, if we can help it. We are driving to St. Cloud, Fla on Tues, Dec 2, which is farther than 6 hrs- maybe 8-9!! Once we get there, though, we are staying until Thursday and then driving to Miami to stay with a friend. We will leave early in the am and take our time. Little worried, but Lee says he can do it. At least he will have Wednesday to recuperate!!

Peggy- I am so sorry you won't have anyone joining you, but we will watch out for you. That's what the 3 Musketeers are for!!!

Hi Marylou & Martha - Sorry I am so late getting here but I went to work with my son today for our weekly job LOL - I didn't get home till 3PM and I am cooking dinner tonight for my son and his g/f, Bridget, Linda and of course us Lisa ,Nick & me. Everyone happens at once busy day and busy night LOL.

Thank you both so much you really do make me feel better by telling me not to worry - sorry I am such a pain and I really know I will be fine

It takes me about 3 days to drive to Fl. too I remember when we did it in 1day, driving straight thru but that was over 10 yrs ago - I can't drive like that any more and I can't drive at night at all.

We took out some Halloween decorations when I got home I didn't realize we had so much - I really love Halloween - it is a fun holiday when your on a cruise ship - 2 yrs ago I was a cereal killer - I glued boxes of cereal on a T-shirt with knives and fake blood - I had a lot of fun the contest was great lots of original costumes.
