Hope you come back on later.

Peggy

Everythings OK Peggy - just a lot of things going on and I think they all finally caught up with me. I really need a vacation NOW. Just have a case of the blahs. Even shopping didn't help this morning.

Well, that's a bummer!! Was in the middle of typing and must have hit a wrong key....next thing I know something with Las Vegas fills my screen and I lost my post!!

MaryLou- You have been thru so much lately, it's understandable if you don't feel like "talking". I know I can speak for Peggy when I say we are here for you. How are the shingles? How was Ashleigh's 2nd day? Did her teacher come today? How is TJ handling the diagnosis?

Shopping didn't help???!!!

Peggy- I would encourage you to have a flu shot in mid Nov. If you get it then, you will have antibodies built up for the cruise. That is our plan.

Back is hurting....we gave approx. 350 shots.

Have a good night!!!

2 MONTHS TO GO!!!

Hi friends. Have been awake tossing and turning since 1:30 so decided I might as well get up and get some (quiet) things done. Guess I'm going to have to give in and take something to help me sleep tonight.

Ash's 2nd day of school was much better - her teacher came back and she got on the right bus coming home - she was so worried she would get on the wrong bus. She also remembered her 6 digit code for the cafeteria so all in all it was a great day.

As far as TJ goes Martha, he really has no idea that he is sick.....he's such a happy little guy. I don't know how things will go once they try to put the medic alert bracelet on him but one day at a time. Actually unless he is having a bleed he has no symptoms or aches and pains. He's just fine.

I'll be back later - have to get Jim up and moving.

Hi MaryLou and Peggy-

We did over 300 shots yesterday!! Pretty good turnout. Today I work my 12 hrs.

I keep telling myself when this month is over I can sleep!!

MaryLou- yeah, you have a lot on your mind right now. You should probably give in and take something to get some rest. Have you ever taken tylenol pm? It has benadryl in it and may help you sleep. I have taken it for a long time.... a DR. I knew once told me it's the most harmless medicine to take for sleep. Good luck with that.

I am glad TJ doesn't understand or let his problem affect him!! He and Ashleigh sound like such great kids!!

Peggy- how is Nick doing? How cold is it supposed to be today? It is supposed to be rainy today thru tomorrow. I'm tired already and rainy days always make me even more tired!!

Have a great day and I will be back when I can; if not tonight, then tomorrow afternoon!!

Peggy - where are you? Haven't heard from you yet today.

Martha - what kind of temperatures should we expect in NC in early December? I'm trying to plan the packing. I know we will need summer things in Georgia and Florida and will have to wear winter things leaving Pa. I just don't know where things will warm up a bit.

MaryLou- it's real iffy here. Should be cool, but not really cold yet. But you never know....

Peggy- I miss you; where are you? Is everything okay?

Have to give shots tomorrow from 8-2 so won't be posting until the pm.

Have a great day tomorrow.

Hi Marylou & Martha

Martha - At least someone misses me LOL LOL LOL

It was just a really busy day today - I went with my son early early this morning to drop his car at the dealers and then on to his "JOB" well sort of job and my sort of job - we got home around noon and met Lisa for lunch - then the fun really began - Nick had religious instructions today so we picked him up and took him and while he was there we did food shopping. I could go on but it's really boring

Anyway I am just sitting down now and reading the posts.

Martha, you are working too hard - giving out those shots (ouch)

Marylou - It should not be all that cold in Dec. I would think that it should warm up by the time you get past Virginia. Althought I remember in 1989 when I lived in Fl. we had the heat on and it snowed in Jacksonville , but that was unusual.

Can't believe we only have 2 more months to go - I am starting to get excited and really looking forward to Costa Rica.

I will talk to you both tomorrow I am going to sleep.

Good morning friends.

Martha - thanks for the info on NC in December. Packing is becoming quite a project as we will need a bag for 3 days on the road plus 2 days in Miami - then all our cruise packing - then clothes for 3 days heading back home. I hope we have enough luggage. lol Going down will be great as the weather will be getting warmer as we travel further south. Coming home we will need warmer things again as we get closer to Pa.

I tried the Tylenol PM's last night and no luck. I slept for 2 hours after taking them and then was up part of every hour for the rest of the night.

Peggy - you sure did have a busy day yesterday. Try not to overdo it.

Things continue to go well at Ash's new school. Her teacher called Deb yesterday to report that she is adjusting just fine and fitting in perfectly. That sure was good news.

Nothing else to report - I think I will tackle Jim's closet today - don't have the energy to face mine yet.

I'll check back later on.

Good morning!

MaryLou- I'm sooooo sorry you can't sleep. I live by tylenol PM. Do you drink caffeine at night? I think you may have to take something stronger prescribed by the Dr. You can't just keep going without sleep!!

Peggy- busy day for you yesterday, but glad to hear you are okay. Can't have one of the 3 Musketeers down and out!!

Have to get on the road......

Have a good one and I will "talk" with you later.........

Hi Marylou & Martha

Marylou - Sorry you are not sleeping well, I guess you do have a lot on your mind. Sometimes you do have a hard time sleeping at least I do - I kind of do what you do fall asleep quickly and then wake up. Years ago it took me at least 2 hrs to get to sleep.

Maybe it is time to get something stronger so at least a couple of nights you can have a good sleep.

I just took almost everything out of my closet and either took it to consignment or will sell it Sat. at the garage sale.

Martha, I feel fine today had a good nights sleep and today I am finishing my garage sale stuff. My daughter works tonight so I will be watching Nick - right now his friend is here and are they noisey or else maybe I am getting or am old LOL LOL

I will check in later

Peggy
