Good morning Marylou & Martha

You guys are up early, I slept till 9AM this morning the latest I have slept in months I feel so rested :biggrin:

We are going to soccer today - it is raining but not hard and they have not cancelled (boo) so I guess we will be sitting in the rain.

Nick has no big iitem on his list either - except WII games and Nintendo -

He loves wrestling - so I can always buy him guys for that - oh and he wants a trampoline but that's not going to happen - much to dangerous.

Martha - Have fun with your granddaughter tonight :biggrin:

Marylou - Target had a good buy on candy 90 bags for 5.99.

good morning girls - big doings around here today so not much time to sit and visit. I really should have done all this cooking yesterday but ran out of steam and now I have tons of things to do before noon.

How was your sleep-over Martha? Hope you got some rest but still had a great time with your granddaughters.

Marylou - Who are you cooking for today and what are you making - I don't feel like cooking so I am coming over LOL

Nothing much going on here today Lisa is working and I am cleaning as usual.

Martha - Hope your sleepover was fun and I am with Marylou as far as lunch goes just a quick snack will be fine as I would rather sightsee or shop.

6 WEEKS TO GO

This is really getting exciting now (as if I wasn't excited enough before)

Hope everyone had a good weekend - ours was fun but tiring. Today I have a Dr. appointment and she is going to have to do something about this pain in my face. I am so tired of hurting. It seems to be getting worse instead of better. After the Dr. I have to really get my act together before our Company arrives on Friday. Either 6 or 8 of our old neighbors are coming up for the weekend and I have no idea where I am going to put everyone. The original plan was that one of the couples were bringing their RV but there is something wrong with it but they still want to come. Hope they don't mind floor space, cause they aren't getting my bed. lol

Martha - how was your weekend with the girls? Hope you had fun.

Good morning, MaryLou and Peggy-

Wow! What a weekend.

Got the girls and had so much fun! Ashley kept coming over to me and giving me a hug or kiss and telling me how much she missed me! Really wish I could take her with us to the PC. I am soooooooooo close to her! Aubrey kept laughing most of the w/e and when she laughs, you have to laugh. She is too funny!! Anyway, they are really into "mine, it's mine!" I was trying to teach them, it's "ours." Aubrey picked up her chair and shook her finger at Ashley and said,

"No, No, NO!!" :laugh: It's so funny because I shake my finger just like that! It amazes me when I see things I do or Lee does in them.

Anyway, noticed Ashley scratching her head. Finally, I checked her on Sunday and, you guessed it, she has lice now!! :sad2: :ohmy: Just a couple, but nevertheless, there. I immediately checked Aubrey and she had them, also. I called Scott and you could hear him sighing over the phone. Changed my plans yesterday and kept them until 2, so they could go buy more medicine and refumigate the house. After they left, I had to change all the bed linens, wrap comforters and stuffed animals up and vacuum all the carpeting.

Then I went to stand in line for an hour to vote. After that, I ran to Toys R Us for 2 things on sale.

During all this, I got an email asking if I would work today, so told them okay. Working 12-3 uptown. Had to drive down there last night to see where I could park. Think we finally had dinner around 9.

What a weekend!!

2nd job asked my availability in November. I looked at my calendar and I don't think I have any!! It looks full already!! :ohmy:

I am so ready to cruise!!

I hope y'all had a much quieter w/e. Will check back later...............

Hi -Just checking in - we painted the kitchen today so it is very difficult to use the computer - I am sort of stuck in a corner - it willbe like this till Wed.

Martha - So glad you had fun with the girls - oh and too bad about the lice - yuck - haven't had to deal with that yet and hopefully we won't have too - but tis the season.

Marylou _ i saw on the other board that you got your docs - congrats again.

I will try and get on here tomorrow or at least by Wed.

good morning - lots and lots to do today but Peggy if you like to paint I can keep you busy for a long time. I've been waiting for my SIL to come and paint for me for ages but he is so busy doing nothing he hasn't been able to fit me into his schedule.

What color did you paint your kitchen?

Martha - sounds like you had a fun weekend with the girls despite the lice. YUCK! I'm sure they love spending time with you.

Gotta run - a whole long list of things to do today.
