JoeyandDavid
Cruise lines have more ways then a few to make money.... One of the ways is the Casino... When you Cruise do you play in the casino? What about Bingo do you play?
rogue
We neither play in the casino, nor play Bingo. We did both when we first started cruising, but we don't find it very enjoyable any more. We would rather go to a show and then to a piano bar in the evening. During the day, there is more than enough to do.
Suzila
I've played bingo once or twice, but it's too slow for me. It depresses me to see people playing in a casino, putting their money in and losing over and over. No, I never go into the casino.
cruisetarp
I love those one armed bandits and someday they will give me back all the money I have put into them. (wishful thinking). I take just so much mad money with me for the casino and when it's gone I find other things to amuse myself. I Don't bother with Bingo
RNSANE
Whether on land or on sea, I'm not much of a gambler - nor am I a smoker and that is one deterrant for me. I use my free diamond plus coupons in the casino and may play a hand at blackjack or a few rounds of roulette. I usually walk away a few dollars ahead. As for bingo, I go the last game of the cruise...and have never won a cent.
Joanandjoe
I've never bet anything in a casino, on land or at sea. Joan played blackjack once on a ship, set herself a low loss limit of $25 or so, quickly lost that amount, and that was it. I'm not a Disney fan, but I love the fact that their ships do not have casinos. Bingo? No way!
mercedes
We don't play in the Casino or play bingo, just not our thing.
sailingrose
We definately visit the casino and enjoy gambling but we have a limit for each day. We think of it as our shore excursion since we rarely do them anymore. No Bingo for me, I'm with Sue, way too slow.
oldmovieguy
Cruise lines have more ways then a few to make money.... One of the ways is the Casino... When you Cruise do you play in the casino? What about Bingo do you play? Our first cruise ever was on the the Celebrity 'Conny' for this New Year gone so it was the first time we had gambled at sea. As we doubled our stake money I have to say I found it to be a very enjoyable experience. Our game is Roulette and although we missed the 'Vegas' touch, with free drinks as we played, the atmosphere was very good at times. Using the adage that slots near public areas close to the casino pay out more, to attract business, we tried our hand but to no avail. But hey, it's just for fun and if you can make a few bucks, so much the better.
