JoeyandDavid
I would even like an Alaska Cruise before there is no more nature to see
Love2Travel
Joey- yes, would like a longer cruise as well Alaska would be fine with us but I don't think Oct is the time for Alaska cruising. Tonia- that would be great if you want to see what your TA could come up with for pricing for SA. I was shocked by the cost of air fare. As far as the caribbean....is Oct hurracaine season? Anyone interested in the Hawaii choice? We could use frequent flyer miles to the west coat which cuts down on our cost. Lets keep talking... I really hope we can work something out. zebra
A 10 nighter sounds great. Alaska sounds great, but that would be May through September and we'll be there then by RV!! 10 nighters in the Caribbean are generally Southern Caribbean cruises. Yes this is still hurricane season, but I wouldn't worry about that - the ship can outrun any hurricane they only travel at 9-10 miles an hour of less. We've done half of our cruises during hurricane season and never had a problem. Deep in the Caribbean (Aruba and Curacao) they have never experienced hurricanes. chachabell
We would love to see everyone again and to re-live the "magic". It was a great trip shared with fabulous people. We would certainly strongly consider a fall 2009 trip. It of course will depend on finances etc, etc...hmmm... South America does sound interesting and I think cheaper than the Baltics. Anyone care to join us in 2008? We are planning on booking a transatlantic on the Voyager of Sea in November. Sure hope there is some interest from some of the crazies for a reunion cruise. Perhaps some are lurking. Diane and Lou are you out there? Kareen and Harvey??/ Gail Yes, we are lurking. We could be interested depending on the timing and destination. Would love to do a r/t out of Rome that includes Istanbul. One day in Rome was not enough during our Med cruise and we need to go back.
