Wow Joey, we have been to all those ports of call except for Dominica, so if we need to put one of these cruises on the ballot I would choose Option 1 - but we will definitely vote for a cruise that includes Barbados and St. Lucia or St. Kitts.

Isn't putting a group cruise together just too much fun?? :sick:

Option 1 on HAL.

Joey, you also need to be looking at what the various cruise lines are going to offer us as a group. Every eight staterooms should get us a free berth or in our case the cash equivalent which can be used as a rebate to all the cruisers. TA's should be competing for this business it generates considerable revenue for them. PM me an I'll provide you some info on what to look for.

Heres a thought...

After we get our four Itineraries.. how long should the vote be underay....2 weeks? 21 days? a month? longer ?.... what do you guys think is a fair amount of time before declaring a winner?

By the way I understand we should be able to start this part of our adventure in approximately 21 days....

Two weeks should do it. And I would request that only those who think there is a possibility of their going on the cruise do the voting. There are many who know they cannot or will not go, so their votes only confuses things. IMHO.
