On the onboard credit - definately the shore excursions - I'm not a realy big eater so the dining would be wasted on me - and Hugh would have to eat what I left on my plate so he would need more of his heart meds

I think that I would also pick shore excursions. The specialty dining would be nice, but it really isn't a necessity.

Now that you mention it, I would select shore excursions also. My original answer was going to be the gift shop.

I think I would spend my credit on several really wonderful bottles of wine - maybe have them delivered to the cabin so I could sip it with a friend, on the balcony, as the sun sets into the sea. For me, good wine is such a joy and I don't often have the luxury or leisure to enjoy it at home, because I'm on call so much of the time.

12 days to Hawaii and the Med and it wasn't long enough .
