Cruise Question of the Day

Since we almost never go into a Starbucks (AKA Big Bucks) or similar place at home, we seldom get the extra cost coffees on a ship. The exception was our last time on X, when there was entertainment in the coffee bar. There we bought the coffees so we could enjoy the entertainment - a terrific Filipino trio.

I do like sitting at the Cova on Celebrity and enjoying a pot of tea.... and just people watch....I remember how disapointed I was... on Royal Carribean they had no pots for the tea just a paper cup....thats just not the same...

I am not a coffee or tea drinker but my DH enjoys both. He bought a coffee card on Princess and enjoyed the coffee there but for some reason on our last cruise on RCI he didn't try the specialty coffees - maybe because he wasn't feeling well.

Todays question:

While on board....Do you buy the specialty Coffees/Teas?

No, we don't. Carnival has recently "upgraded" their coffee and it is quite tasty. Royal Caribbean served Seattle's Finest on that cruise, so why pay for the fancy stuff. For the most part, cruise line coffee sucks. Can't see paying for the specialty stuff.
