Lauren, so sorry you didn't hear from John ....... that's too bad you had to miss out on the onboard credit. The X meet and mingle only opens about a year out.... so it's still early days yet.

I sent Lauren 4 emails, the first within an hour of her first email. She didn't give me her phone number to call her. She could have called me toll free with the number listed in our group cruise posting. I have been at the phone/desk all evening last night and all day today. After she sent an email saying she had booked, I offered in an email to transfer the booking into the group, as she paid $100 more than our price and didn't get the $100 shipboard credit.

Lauren got the last email, and replied, and hope I'll hear from her next week to transfer her into the group.

Lauren, I see John has offered to transfer your booking that you did through X, to our group booking - which will save you $100. And ALSO you will get the $100 onboard credit..... that's great of him and a super deal - hopefully you will be able to do that when you get back. Looking forward to hearing from you when you return. Hey maybe John's emails went into your Spam box.... did you check?
