Our group certainly is growing. This should be a fun year planning our days on the Connie and in these great ports.

My only concern for this hotel is the proximity to evening entertainment. Are there restaurants? Are we just too far off the beaten path? I'll have to do more checking into what's around.

Good morning... totally understand your concerns. I looked up a bar I know in downtown Miami, the Blue Martini Lounge, and it says it is about 13 miles from the hotel. This hotel, Hyatt Place, is near the airport. Hope this helps answer some of your questions. :smile:

Hello All,

The mountains in North Georgia were beautiful and the leaves were doing their thing for the Fall - all colors and all beautiful.

Jeeeeeeeeeeesh!!! Someone has been working to have a hotel up for consideration. I have read the comments and looked at the website for the Hyatt Place..

The rate looks good and is acceptable to me.

Pickup at the airport in Miami works for us.

Transportation to the cruise port sounds good as well.

I can handle, on my own or with the group, transportation from the ship to the airport.

If this is the group choice, it's my choice. :smile:
