55ChevyLady
I am really looking forward to a more formal atmosphere on Celebrity....or maybe the word I'm searching for is more respectful. I did read in the brochure that Celebrity expects the "attire of the day" to be worn in all dining rooms and theaters during and after dinner. I hope they enforce that. That's one thing that bothered me on our last cruise is what some people wore in the theater - tank tops and shorts and baseball caps. I thought is was very disrespectful of your fellow passengers. JMHO yes, i am definitely going to have to go shopping!!!
cruisetarp
I'm happy to know they still suggest "proper" attire in the evening and hope they enforce it. I do know they did enforce it in the dining room.
JoeyandDavid
When I was on the Mercury our MaitreD said in response to their guests they would drop informal nights and ENFORCE the no jeans and other issue more stringently.. deb1220
Do you think capris or cropped pants would be acceptable on "Smart Casual" evenings.....as long as they weren't denim or jeans material?
