I seriously think it will be one.. but i said one never knows .. i did see a couple of sets of brothers :tongue:

Hey guys - I heard from Spencer. He sounds so friendly and says that he has a 2 year old 14 seater toyota Grande Ace which he says seats 14 very, very comfortably (his words). He also has 2 brothers with the same vehicles so depending on how many are interested in this tour it sounds like we will be covered. But we need to reserve him now before others do.

then I would reserve at least one.... definitely whats the penalty to cancel one if you reserved two?

Do you know what the procedure is for making this reservation? Will one person make the reservation for all or does he have a place on his website or email where each individual/couple reserves set aside group space. I've done both but what are the arrangements here?

Jackie - did he give you a price for this tour and do we need to pay in advance? I'm with Joey here, I would say book the tour for one car and ask about holding a second one.

I've done it both ways. Some have been pre-paid (not this far out, however) and some have been paid at the time of the tour. Some have required individual partial payments for the reservation.

Hi Guys,

I have had 7 emails from Spencer!! Wow!!

OK the price is $55 per person, but that INCLUDES entrance fees and refreshments, foods etc - he says his charge is actually $35 per person.

So please confirm with me now who is in on this tour with us. Also tell me any allergies you may have and if your preference would be water, beer or soda. Judson to answer your question - the booking would be in our name, that is why I need all the details so that he knows the size of the group. And like Joey I have NEVER paid before a tour and I never would.......

Sorry I had to run off last night I couldn't hold on after 11pm and I fell asleep on the sofa waiting for a reply from you. Its now 6.50am and I have to have my devotion and get starting for church which is at 9.00am.

You are the first to request a tour for that far down in 2009 although I have some already for the first 3 months of 09. I have you booked down and once I have committed my self to you I have to decline any other request I will get for that date.

please give me an approximation of your group number, anyone with disabilities,allergies or any medical / physical situation that I must know about so as to prepare accordingly.

Also you haven't told me of your refreshment type. I will definitely be keeping in touch with you as time goes by to make sure that all is well and still in order.

feel free to ask any further questions you may have, I will be more than happy to assist. WE have a date Nov. 15th 2009 O.K.
