According to my calender you have about 376 days LOL ( but i wouldnt wait THAT long)

But yes .. we won't release the booking information to others until sometime in December.. this way The offical group can have first dibbs.. Keep in mind we have currently 20 rooms booked with the Hotel giving us the old wink and the nod to add more if need be... so we are in fine shape....
