OK folks it's time to do some serious planning! Souvenir shirt information should happen by the 15th of January that is IF we are all agreed we Want them.... two styles ..one for male & one for female ..is this correct? Sounds like a plan to us Joey. We like the idea of the shirts. I'm looking forward to learing all about these great ports and planning excursions. JoeyandDavid
of all the ports we are going too St Maarten is no doubt the one we look forward to the most

rogue
We haven't been to St. Maarten since 1976. I'll be willing to bet there are a few changes since then. Back then, we had to tender in and the island was incredibly poor. I'm looking forward to going back.

sailingrose
You'll love it Howard! St Martin will definitely be more commercial to you since 76! I still love it!
zebra
Howard you won't recognize it..... there's a lot of money on the island now, condo's everywhere and of course jewelry stores line the streets - it is for us one of the prettiest islands in the Caribbean, the ocean is just gorgeous, and like Joey I would say it's our favorite. We prefer to go over to St. Martin ... the French side... it's much more laid back than the Dutch side - we usually have lunch at one of the Bistro's and sit out on the sidewalk overlooking the ocean, reminds me of France. rogue
I'm really looking forward to it. We were supposed to go there a couple of years ago, but a hurricane diverted us. This trip only has two islands that we've been to previously (St. Thomas & St. Kitts), so there will be lots of new sights for us. From what I've seen in photos, this St. Maarten will be a totally new experience.
cruisetarp
Howard - you will see many changes in St. Maarten since your last visit - all to the good. St. Maarten is one of our favorites also. Love to walk around the town and this time will try and end up at Antoines.
