lashl
RE: Automatic tipping. Carnival has had auto tipping for sometime. It's no big deal. You can adjust the amount any way you want. Seems to me the tip was $10.00 a day. Must be the extra $1.25 added!

rogue
I just noticed that we're now under 300 day until the cruise. Starting to move a bit quicker. I find that the closer to the cruise, the days fly off the countdown clock much quicker.

Yeaaaaaaaaaaaa - I noticed that too when I looked at the countdown clock on my screen - in fact less than 296 days. Hope everyone is doing fine. cruisetarp
Time to start planning some excursions. Anyone have any ideas? Also, who other than Jim & I have early seating for dinner?
PATJUD
Time to start planning some excursions. Anyone have any ideas? Also, who other than Jim & I have early seating for dinner? Louise and I have the early dinner seating time. I thought I'd try later but the more I look at it, the more it's just too late for us. cruisetarp
I agree with you Judson - just too late for us. We've tried late and found we filled up too much on cheese & crackers, canapes, fruit or anything else we could find and then had no appetite for dinner. I wish they would try My Time Dining. Royal Caribbean just started it for our last cruise and it was great. We ate everynight around 7PM, right between early and late and it was perfect. cruisetarp
I really didn't think I would like it but we decided to try it because we had several late sail-aways on our last cruise. In fact, we loved it. We had the same table and same wait staff each night but had dinner around 7PM each night. They had 1/2 of the top floor of the dining room set aside for it and I think Martha & Lee (waf 125) and Peggy & Elaine (peggyg) would agree that it worked very well for us.
