We don't do many beach days,but I think that on this cruise, St. Thomas will be a beach day. We were there on our last two cruises, and have seen about as much as we want. Of course, Cindy will want to save some time to do some shopping in St. Thomas. Last year we toured St. John, and that is one beautiful island.

if you are only going to do one beach day i would suggest considering Millers by the Sea in St John.... excellent!

after further investigation it turns out that that spot has grown in popularity since our last visit and may no longer be such a wonderful location...

OK Gang on our cruise we will have 3 formal nights and 10... count em ten ...Smart Casual and Above Nights.....

So FYI here are some examples that include:

Smart Casual and Above

Ladies: Skirt or pants (no holes, rips or tears) complemented by sweater or blouse.

Gentlemen: Pants (no holes, rips or tears) with sports shirt or sweater. Shirts must have sleeves.

Note: T-shirts, swimsuits, robes, bare feet, tank tops, baseball caps and pool wear are not allowed in the main restaurant or specialty restaurant at any time. Shorts and flip flops are not allowed in the evening hours. Additionally, guests are asked to follow the "Smart Casual and Above" dress code in the Celebrity Theater for all evening performances.

Formal

Ladies: Cocktail dress, gown or dressy pantsuit

Gentlemen: Tuxedo, suit or dinner jacket with slacks

Before Six

Dining options abound aboard Celebrity. For breakfast and lunch, jeans, shorts and casual daywear are allowed in all dining venues

After 6:00pm, this attire is allowed only in casual restaurants and cafés.

So there you have it.... use it... ignore it ..it's up to you.. but at least now you know!
